there is no way that Sherlock was not 3000% freaking out as soon as he walked out of that lab room and left John Watson behind and that’s my absolute favorite, he must have just been so nervous and excited and anxious, did he make a good impression, was he too enigmatic or just the right amount of enigmatic, was it too much, did he cross a line, he didn’t look like Sherlock had crossed a line, he’ll come, he’ll want to come, he’ll want to know more, he looks like the type that will want to know more, Sherlock has to clean, no wait he doesn’t want to clean too much or he’ll know that Sherlock was nervous, oh god what if it freaks him out that Sherlock already moved in and then he hates it but he feels obligated? obviously Sherlock will have to pretend he doesn’t even live there okay good plan let’s do this

Aaaahhh, imagine him grinning so hard and trying his best to suppress doing a swishy little dance as he walks down the hall. A doctor passes him on his way and he has to quickly cram his mouth into a flat line and overdoes it into a scowl. He thinks to himself as he opens the doors and walks to the kerb, “Oh god, what is happening to me.”
